Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
